What this site is

vendingsmart.shop is an information site run by Vending Smart LLC. It describes our card vending machine placement service for businesses in the Kansas City metro and lets a business owner ask us to get in touch. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Requesting a machine

Sending the request form is not a contract and does not commit either of us to anything. It asks us to contact you. We assess every location before proposing a placement and we may decline one.

A placement is governed by a separate written placement agreement that both of us sign before a machine is installed. The revenue share percentage, the payment schedule and the terms for removing the machine are set out in that agreement. Where it differs from anything on this site, the agreement controls.

Revenue figures are estimates

Every revenue figure on this site, including the worked example in the FAQ and anything the revenue estimator shows, is an illustration built on stated assumptions. None of it is a guarantee, a forecast for your location, or a promise of income. What a machine actually earns depends on your foot traffic, where the machine stands and what your customers buy.

Products and prices

The card lineup and prices shown on the site describe what we stock at the time of writing. The selection rotates as sets go out of print and new ones arrive, and both the products and their prices can change without notice. A specific product may not be in a specific machine.

Independent operator

Vending Smart is an independent vending operator. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, or any other trading card publisher or brand. Product and brand names are used only to describe the genuine, sealed merchandise we sell, and all trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Our content

The text, design and images on this site belong to Vending Smart LLC. You are welcome to quote or summarise the site with attribution. Please do not copy it wholesale or present it as your own.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to send spam or false requests through the form, to attempt to break or overload it, or to collect other people's information from it.

No warranty, and limits on liability

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it will always be online. To the extent the law allows, Vending Smart LLC is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts serving Jackson County, Missouri.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
